Products Needed:
5 onions 1 cup shelled walnuts 1 pomegranate 2-3 cloves garlic mint coriander dill greens cider vinegar saffron spices (khmeli-suneli) salt, ground pepper

Directions: Bake onions in their skin until tender, cool a little, and then peel.
Shred nuts with garlic, add saffron, khmeli-suneli, vinegar, chopped greenery, salt, pepper, mix thoroughly and sprinkle pomegranate grains.
Cover the layer of onions with the nut sauce, and sprinkle with chopped greenery.
