2 1/5 lbs salmon
10 tomatoeses
3-4 onions
4 cloves garlic
5 tbsp vegetable oil
parsley greens
salt, ground pepper
Directions:
Cut sturgeon into portions and sauté in 3 tablespoons of oil.

Shred tomatoes, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and stew until thickens. Sprinkle with crushed garlic, pepper, salt, thinly chopped parsley, onion rings, and keep cooking for 5-7 minutes.

When serving, put the fish on a plate and cover with the sauce.
