2 1/5 lb beef
1 1/5 lb green tinned kidney beans
3 tomatoeses
1 onion
parsley greens
basil
coriander
salt, ground pepper
Directions:
Slice beef into portions, cover with water, bring to a boil, skim the froth off, salt, and keep simmering until ready.

Add chopped beans, greens, onion rings, salt, bring to a boil, add forced through a sieve tomatoes, pepper, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Serve with greens.
