2 1/5 lb meat (pork, mutton, or beef) 3 sweet peppers 5 tomatoeses 3 onions 3-4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp spice (khmeli-suneli) parsley greens basil salt 2 red hot peppers | Directions: Slice meat into 1/2-inch thick bars, fry in oil until no more pink.
Chop parsley and basil, sprinkle with spices, crushed garlic, add chopped hot pepper. Put the greens mixture into stewed meat, mix, and cook through. Serve with greens. |
