Peel and wash the black radish, put into cold water for 15 minutes. Wash and peel carrot and beet.
Cut the black radish, carrot and beet into stripes.
Boil fresh mushrooms; slice and fry in vegetable oil.
Put the vegetables and mushrooms on a dish, coat with mayonnaise. Decorate with apples, cut into stripes, parsley and dill greens.
