2 1/5 lb mutton 1 1/5 lb tomatoeses 5 onions 4-5 potatoes 3-4 eggplantss coriander salt, ground pepper

Directions: Slice meat into portions.
Shred onion and tomatoes separately from each other. Cut peeled potatoes into bars, and slice eggplants into rings.
In a bowl, place layers of onion, meat, potato, eggplants, top with pulped tomatoes, salt, pepper, sprinkle with chopped coriander. Stew over low heat until meat is ready.
