Products Needed:
1 1/3 lb beef 3 onions 1 cup sour plums (tkemal) 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 cup white wine coriander tarragon salt, ground pepper

Directions: Cut meat into small pieces and fry a little, lidded. When the meat juice runs and begins to boil away add chopped onion, wine, salt, and stew for 10-15 minutes, stirring in some water occasionally.
Sprinkle with finely chopped greens at the end. When greens are tender, add pepper, whole plums, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
