Mince meat along with onion, add salt, pepper, slightly cooked rice, thinly chopped greens, eggs, and mix well.
Break cabbage into leaves, cut hard part of stalks off, and boil for 5 minutes.
Wrap 2 tablespoons of minced meat in each leaf.
At that point to keep the dish from burning, place a plate on bowl’s bottom, put stuffed cabbage leaves on, and pour enough bouillion or water to cover, add blanched and shredded tomatoes or tomato paste and stew until ready.
Serve with greens.
