Products Needed:
1 chicken 1 cup white wine 2 tomatoeses 5 tkemali plums 2 onions 1 tbsp butter mint or tarragon salt, ground pepper

Directions: Cut chicken into 4 portions, salt, pepper, and fry on each side until golden crust. Add chopped onion and fry lidded for 4-5 minutes. Pour in wine and stew for 7-10 minutes, until wine reduces twice.
Blanch tomatoes and plums and shred. Stir the paste in the chicken and bring to the boil. Serve with greens.
