Directions:
Cut duck or chicken into portions and stew over low heat until the juices run, sprinkle with onion rings. When the liquid evaporates, pour enough water to cover meat, and cook until ready. Before completing, sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour whipped eggs in, and then remove from heat. Garnish with chopped greens.
