Chop chicken into portions, rub with garlic, salt, pepper, cover with sour cream, and let cool in the refrigerator for an hour. Then bake in the oven until ready.
Boil rice, put on the bottom of the bowl the chicken was cooked in, place the chicken over, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden crust. When serving, take care not to break the rice and chicken layers.
