Slice potato slightly.
Grind tuna and eggs.
To make dressing mix tuna’s brine with vegetable oil and lemon juice.
Slice tomatoes finely.
Put potato in a layer on a salad plate, cover with half of the dressing, space a layer of tuna over potato and then a layer of tomatoes. Repeat the operation again making next layers so as tomato layer was at the top.
Decorate with olives cut in halves and sprinkle with chopped greens.
