Mix the sieved wheat flour, a pinch of salt, one tablespoon of sugar, milk, two cups of water and eggs. Knead pancake batter and let it stand a little.
Wash the pears, peel and cut them into quarters. Take the seeds out. Cut the pear quarters into slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice to avoid discoloring.
Heat a half of the butter in a frying pan. Fry the pear slices and the almonds, sprinkle them with the rest of the sugar and coat with caramel, stirring.
Put the pear slices and the almonds on the pancakes. Decorate it with the caramel.
