Products Needed:
1.2 pound (250-300 g) spinach
6-8 walnuts
2 eggs, boiled
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp sugar
dill or parsley greens
salt to taste
Directions:

Peel the spinach and take stems out. Keep the spinach in cold water for 10-15 minutes, take out, scald with boiling water and chop.

Put the spinach on a salad dish; sprinkle with a part of finely cut walnuts, dress with sour cream and sugar mix, salt and top with cut eggs. Decorate with parsley and dill greens.
