1 cup wheat flour
7 sour appless
4 tbsp apple jam
1 lemon juice
3.5 oz (100 g) butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Melt the butter and mix it with the vegetable oil. Add sugar, flour and salt. Knead the dough, cover it with a napkin and place in a refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Peel and core the apples (sour sorts), cut them into thin slices and sprinkle with 1 lemon juice.

Roll the dough out into a circle shape between two sheets of food paper, place the dough circle in a buttered mold, pierce the dough with the tines of a fork before baking Put the apple slices on the dough and coat with apple jam, warmed in water bath.

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 440 oF (225oC).
