Products Needed:
1/3 pound (150 g) smoked sausage 2 2/3 oz (75 g) cheese 4 1/5 oz (120 g) butter 1 sweet pepper 1 tomatoes 2 eggs, hard boiled 1 tbsp horseradish root, grated 1 clove garlic parsley greens salt to taste 1 bread stick

Directions: Cut the ends of the bread stick and then carve the crumb with a long knife.
Mix butter with grated horseradish and mustard, add salt and chopped garlic.
Dice sausage, hard cheese, hard-boiled eggs and sweet pepper, stir them up with the butter mix.
Stuff the bread stick with the filling and place it into a refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Cut 100-150 g slices for a serving; decorate with parsley greens.
