Cut the beef fillet across the strings 1 slice for a portion, chop, salt, pepper and fry in a part of margarine until it is half-ready.
Cut the onion into semi-circles. Fry it in the rest of the margarine until it becomes goldish.
Put the prepared meat on a baking tray, place over it fried onion, boiled and sliced field mushrooms, sprinkle it with grated hard cheese and bake in an oven until it is ready.
Serve the dish hot. Decorate it with parsley and dill greens while serving.
