Peel and wash the potato, add hot water and boil intil ready. Dry and mash the potato, stir in 1 egg and flour.
To make filling, cut the fish fillet, simmer slightly and chop. Mix the chopped fillet with cut and fried onion. Add milk sauce , salt, ground black pepper, some finely cut parsley and dill greens and stir well.
Divide the potato mass into flat cakes, stuff them with the prepared filling and shape patties. Place the patties on a buttered baking sheet, brush them with beaten eggs and bake in an oven.
Serve with sour cream. Decorate the dish with parsley and dill greens.
