Products Needed:
1/2 pound (250 grams) ham 1 ounce (28 grams) grated horseradish root 2 eggs , hard-boiled 1 cup cream, 33% fat 1 teaspoon lemon juice dill and parsley greens salt and sugar to taste

Directions: Cut the hard-boiled eggs finely. Add salt to cream and beat them up stiffly. Then add grated horseradish and cut eggs. Pour lemon juice with sugar to the mass.
Cut the ham into slices, make rolls and put the stuffing into them. Decorate the dish with parsley and dill greens.
Serve with toasts and white wine.
