1 1/2 pound (700 grams) beef liver 1 ounce (25 grams) 3% vinegar 1 1/4 ounce (35 grams) dill and tarragon 1 lemon spices and salt to taste 1/2 pound (250 g) bacon | Directions: Wash the beef liver, cut it into 20-25 g. pieces, salt and pepper it and put onto small spits in turns with sliced bacon. Fry them on a frying pan, sprinkling with vinegar while frying.
Use pickled onion for garnish. Decorate with slices of lemon and dill and tarragon greens. |
