Mince the fresh sprat fillet twice. Add wheat bread, egg yolks, butter, and chopped onion, salt, peel of 1 lemon and ground black pepper. Stir it finely and add beaten egg whites.
Put the mass in form of a breadstick; roll it in flour and sprinkle with the vegetable oil. Put the roll on a baking tray; cover it with crushed crackers and bake in an oven.
Serve the dish with green peas in milk sauce.
