Scale the fish, wash it, take the internals out and cut the prepared fish into small pieces. Salt it, then roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Add chopped onion, garlic, ground pepper, water and red wine. Stew it for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the dish with parsley and dill greens before serving.
Use boiled potato or boiled mushrooms for garnish.
