Products Needed:
1.3 pound (150 g) herring fillet 2 med. potatos 2-3 onions 1/2 pound (250 g) appless 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg, hard boiled parsley greens ground peppercorn to taste

Directions: Dice herring fillet into small squares. Peel onions and potatoes, cut into stripes. Fry the cut potato and onion in butter until ready. Add the cut fish fillet. Stir the mass and mince it with the peeled apples. Season with vegetable oil and ground pepper.
Put the mass into a herring-dish. Decorate with slices of the hard-boiled egg and leaves of parsley greens.
