Products Needed:
1/2 pound (200 g) beef liver, boiled 3 oz (80 g) hard cheese 1 onion 1 cucumber, pickled 2 eggs 2 tbsp margarine 2 tbsp mayonnaise dill greens

Directions: Cut the boiled beef liver into stripes. Grate the hard cheese.
Cut the onion into semi-circles, fry it in margarine until goldish.
Cut the pickled cucumber into stripes.
Put the prepared products into a salad dish in layers, cover with mayonnaise. Decorate with cut hard-boiled eggs and dill greens.
