4 small river fishes fish
1 tbsp wheat flour
4 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
dill greens
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Scale the fishes, take the pluck out. Wash the fishes, cover with flour and fry in butter on both sides.

Mix eggs with milk, beat the mix, add salt and pepper. Cover the fish with the mix and braise in an oven.

Sprinkle the ready fish with finely cut dill greens before serving.
