1 pound (500 g) apple jelly, ready made
1 pear
1 orange
2 tangerines
2 kiwi
1 cup whip cream
Directions:
Wash and peel a pear, an orange and tangerines. Cut the fruits into slices.

Fill the 4-5 inches (10-12 cm.) high mold with the fruits. Cover them with ready-made apple jelly and cool until firmed.

Turn the jelly on a dish and make a ring of whip cream around. Decorate with kiwi slices.
