1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup black currants
1/3 cup cowberries
2 1/2 tbsp gelatin
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Dissolve honey in 4 cups of water, bring to a boil and take of from heat.

Soften gelatin in cool boiled water (1:6), stir over the low heat until dissolved. Blend it with honey water, add lemon juice, bring to a boil and cool.

Pour thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of a mold and cool. Cover the set jelly with black currants and cowberries (red whortleberries) like ornament, pour another layer of jelly to cover the berries and cool again. Pour the rest of the jelly bit by bit letting firm each time.

Put the molds into hot water for some seconds and turn the jelly on a dish.
