1 1/3 lb (600 g) flounder
8 tbsp melted butter
4 tomatoess
2 onions
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp wheat flour
parsley greens
salt, ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut the flounder fillet into chunks, rub them with salt and pepper. Roll the fish in flour and fry in melted butter.

Cut the onion into stripes and fry in melted butter until golden.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and fry in melted butter.

Stir the prepared fish with fried onion and tomatoes, put it on a dish and sprinkle with finely cut parsley greens with finely cut garlic.

Serve with fried potato .
