Products Needed:
1 cup poppy seeds 2 1/2 oz (75 g) walnuts, hulled 1/2 cup honey 3 tbsp sugar a dash of ground cinnamon 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions: Fry poppy-seeds and hulled walnuts in vegetable oil and stir.
Make syrup of honey, sugar and 6 tablespoons of water. When it starts to caramelize, add the poppy-seeds and hulled walnuts and boil until it is ready.
Put the mass on a flat buttered surface, let it cool a little, level the layer 2/3" (2cm) thick.
Sprinkle the mass with ground cinnamon and cut diamond-shaped sweets with a knife.
