Products Needed:
4 slices white bread 3 oz (80 g) salmon weakly salted 2 tbsp butter 1 egg fresh and 1 egg boiled 1 tbsp milk 1.5 oz (40 g) white cabbage leaves, boiled 3/4 oz (20 g) olives without stones 1/2 carrot, boiled parsley greens 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard salt, ground red pepper to taste

Directions: Fry the white bread slices in butter on one side.
Boil the cabbage leaves in salted water.
Mix an egg, milk, salt, ground red pepper and chopped parsley greens, beat the mass stiffly. Pour the mass into buttered small-portioned frying pans and bake in an oven for 2 minutes.
Cut the salted salmon fillet into slices.
Put the prepared white bread slices on a boiled cabbage leaf. On the fried side of every white bread slice put the baked egg mass and salmon slices. Decorate with greens, the hard boiled egg whites, olives, boiled sliced carrot.
Mix well an egg yolk and mustard, blend the mix with mayonnaise. Season the sandwiches with this sauce.
