1/3 pound white white cabbage
3 potatos
2 ounce turnip
1 carrot
2 tomatoess
2 onions
2 tablespoons butter
6 1/3 cup water or stock
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt to taste
dill or parsley greens
Directions:
Peel cacarrots and turnip and slice them, cut the cabbage and dice potato.

Carrots and onion fry slightly till they become goldish.

Put the cabbage into the boiling water or clear soup, let it boil. Add fried carrots, onion, potatoes and turnip, cook for 20-25 minutes. 5-10 minutes before end of the cooking add sliced tomatoes to the soup and salt it.

Serve with greens and sour cream.
