Dice the potato. Cut the crabmeat finely, mix with a portion of mayonnaise. Add the cut potato, vinegar, salt and ground black pepper.
Peel the fresh cucumbers and cut them into two parts. Take the seeds out and fill them with the prepared stuffing.
Put the salad leaves and the stuffed cucumbers on a wide flat plate. Decorate with parsley greens.
Sour cream could be served separately.
