2/3 lb (300 g) fillet chicken, boiled 2 bananas 1 orange 1 cucumber, tinned 1 kiwi 3 tbsp mayonnaise parsley greens | Directions: Peel bananas, orange and tinned cucumber. Cut the vegetables into slices. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into stripes. Put the prepared products into a ramekin in layers. Top with mayonnaise. Decorate with kiwi and parsley greens. |
