Cut beef liver and bacon into stripes.
Simmer carrot slightly (set aside a bit for decoration). Dice onion and carrot, fry with bacon until half-ready. Add cut beef liver, salt and ground black pepper. Fry the mass a little and mince twice. Warm, add 2/3 of the melted butter and stock, stir well. Make 3 flat disks of different diameters. Put smaller disk on a bigger one to shape three-tiered cake. Cover with melted butter.
Cut parsley greens, the rest of the carrot and hardboiled egg finely. Decorate the cake.
