Products Needed:
3 1/2 oz (100 g) cheese 5 carrots 5 pears 2 tbsp butter 5 slices bread 5 tsp mustard 5 tsp confiture 2 tbsp honey 1 lemon juice 1/3 oz (10 g) parsley greens

Directions: Fry the bread slices in butter and spread with mustard.
Peel and slice 4 pears. Put the pear slices on the prepared bread. Put a slice of cheese on the top of each bread. Bake in a preheated oven for 3-5 minutes.
Cut carrot and a pear into thin stripes, add honey and lemon juice. Mix and decorate with parsley greens when serving.
Serve breads with jam and carrot hors d’oeuvre.
