Products Needed:
2/3 lb (300 g) white tinned kidney beans, tinned 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion 1 tsp wine vinegar 1 tsp tomato puree 1/3 oz (10 g) dill greens 1/2 cup sweet pepper 1 clove garlic salt, ground black pepper to taste

Directions: Peel and grate onion and garlic. Peel and dice sweet pepper.
Simmer slightly white beans with a little water and butter.
Still warm beans mix with vegetable oil, tomato puree, wine vinegar, grated garlic and onion. Add the cut sweet pepper, sour cream, salt and ground black pepper. Stir well.
Serve the salad cool. Decorate with dill greens.
