Products Needed:
1 lb (500 g) cottage cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 3 carrots 5 tbsp sunflower seeds 3 oz (50 g) butter 3 tbsp honey 5 slices bread salt, ground pepper to taste

Directions: Beat cottage cheese with sour cream.
Peel the carrot, grate it and stir with the beaten cottage cheese. Add salt and ground pepper. Put it on a plate and sprinkle with slightly fried sunflower seeds.
Serve with bread slices, spread slightly with butter and honey.
