15 bread slices 5 slices salami sandwiches with salami - 5 field mushrooms, boiled; sandwiches with mushrooms - 5 field mushrooms, boiled 1/2 sweet pepper lettuce 3 eggs, boiled 1 clove garlic 2/3 oz (20 g) dill and parsley greens 5 oz (140 g) butter 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 slices ham 1/2 lb (200 g) cottage cheese, 20% fat 2 tbsp cream, 33% fat 1 tsp horseradish root salt to taste | Directions: 1. Put lettuce leaves on buttered slices of bread. Roll up the slices of salami sausage cone shaped and put them on the lettuce leaves. Cut the sweet pepper into slices. Put 1 field mushroom and 1 slice of sweet pepper into each sausage cone.
2. Cut the boiled field mushrooms into slices and mix with lemon juice, butter and salt. Rub bread slices with garlic on one side and fry in vegetable oil. Spread bread slices with mushroom mass, cover with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with finely cut hardboiled eggs, parsley and dill greens.
3. Mix cottage cheese with cream, salt and grated horseradish. Spread bread slices slightly with the cottage cheese mass, cover with lettuce leaves, put the rest of the cutds mass on lettuce leaves. Decorate with diced ham. |
