Beat eggs, one by one, with sugar and orange zest stiffly. Add wheat flour and milk. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Put one of them into a buttered baking pan and bake in an oven over medium heat until golden. Then bake the other part of the dough. Cool both.
To make cream, peel almonds and fry slightly. Beat the butter, add sugar powder and orange juice. Spread the baked cakes with the cream and join. Top with almonds and sprinkle the sides with biscuit crumbs.
