1/2 lb (400 g) salmon, tinned 1/2 lb (200 g) macaroni, sea shell shaped, boiled 2 oz (50 g) leek 1 cucumber 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp 3% vinegar parsley greens salt, ground black pepper to taste | Directions: Mix vegetable oil with vinegar, salt and ground black pepper. Pour the boiled “sea shell shaped” macaroni with this mix and stir.
Cut the tinned salmon into thin slices.
Cut leek into circles and put over the dish sides. Put the macaroni and salmon slices into the center of the dish. Put the cucumber circles between the leek and salmon slices. Decorate with parsley greens. |
