Mix flour with baking soda and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Melt the chocolate on water bath. Leave 2 oz (60 g) for topping.

Pour mixture into prepared baking pan, layered with oilpaper and bake at 340oF (170oC) for an hour until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool the cake.
To make cream, beat butter with the sugar powder and cocoa powder stiffly.
Slice the cooled cake into three parts, put one upon another spreading each part with the cream. Top the cake with cream and chocolate.
