1/2 cup breadcrumbs 2 cups vegetable oil 1 egg yolk 1 egg 1 tsp lemon juice dill and parsley greens salt, ground black pepper to taste 2 tbsp crushed crackerss 1/2 lb (200 g) crabmeat, boiled | Directions: Cut the boiled crabmeat finely. mix with breadcrumbs, salt, ground black pepper, egg yolk and lemon juice. Make 8 balls out of the mass.
Beat the egg up and dip each ball twice in the beaten up egg and dried breadcrumbs. Fry the balls in vegetable oil until golden crisp appears. Put the balls on oilpaper and let them dry. Serve hot or cool. Decorate with parsley and dill greens. |
