To make forcemeat, soak the wheat bun in milk and wring it out. Mince the soaked wheat bun twice with minced beef and chopped garlic and onion. Add salt and pepper and beat the mass well.
To make mushroom stuffing, mince field mushrooms, add fried onion, salt and bacon.
Put the forcemeat on wet napkin in layer 3/5-4/5 inch (1,5-2 cm) thick, shape right angled. Put the mushroom stuffing in the center of the mass. Fold the edges of the mass with the help of the napkin together, tweak the roll.
Brush the roll with a beaten egg and sprinkle with dried breadcrumbs. Pierce the roll with a fork. Bake the roll in an oven at 340oF (170oC) for 30-40 minutes.
Cut the roll into portions before serving. Serve it with vegetable garnish, dressing with melted butter. Decorate with parsley greens.
