Melt chocolate with butter on water bath. Add egg yolks, rum and coffee essence. Beat the mass up.

Beat egg whites up stiffly and add them to the chocolate mass. Stir well.

Pour the chocolate into cups and cool. Top with chocolate flakes before serving.
