Products Needed:
1 3/5 lb (800 g) pork fillet 1/2 lb (200 g) honey fungus 2/3 lb (300 g) noodles 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp cream, 33% fat 1 onion spring onion, parsley and dill greens salt, pepper to taste

Directions: Wash and dry the pork fillet, cut it into slices, add salt and pepper.
Fry pork slices in heated vegetable oil, add chopped onion. Add soy sauce and stew for 7 minutes under closed lid.
Boil noodles in salted water, place in a colander to let water drain.
Wash honey funguses and cut them into halves, quarters or slices. Add them to the stewed meat and stew for 3-5 minutes. Add the cream and stir.
Put the noodles with meat and honey funguses on plates, add stewing sauce. Decorate with spring onion, parsley and dill greens before serving.
