4 eggs 1/3 lb (160 g) chicken fillet 3 oz (80 g) mushrooms, fresh 1/3 lb (160 g) noodles, home mede, boiled 4 tbsp butter dill and parsley greens salt, ground black pepper to taste | Directions: Cut chicken fillet into stripes and fry in butter.
Wash and slice fresh mushrooms, fry them in the rest of the butter.
Stir the fried chicken and mushrooms. Add the boiled home made noodles. Stir the mass and put it into ovenproof cups. Put an egg into each cup, add salt and pepper. Fry in an oven at 320oF (160oC) until they are ready.
Serve in the ovenproof cups. Decorate with parsley and dill greens. |
