Boil potato, peel and cut into chunks.
Cut tomato and salted herring fillet into chinks. Cut lettuce into stripes. Cut garden radish into circles. Cut onion into semicircles and scald.
Boil white beans in salted water until ready. Place in a colander and let water drain.
Mix lemon juice with salt, ground black pepper; vegetable oil and the vegetable broth, heat the mix a little. Blend with the prepared products and let it stay for an hour.
Put the salad in a salad dish. Decorate with olives and parsley greens.
