Remove giblets out of the big goose, singe and wash it. Dry the goose and rub it with salt and chopped garlic inside and outside.
Peel, core and dice sweet and sour apples (antonovka apples), stuff the goose. Sew the goose up and put it on a baking tray back down. Bake in an oven for 2-3 hours. Pour it with its own juice when baking.
Put the ready goose on a dish. Decorate with fruit, berries and greens. Apples baked separately also go great for garnish.
