Products Needed:
3 oranges 4 pears a dash of citric acid 2 tbsp sugar 6 tbsp powdered sugar 3 1/2 oz (100 g) almonds 1 1/3 cup cream, 33% fat

Directions: Cut oranges into halves and take their pulp out. Wash, core and dice pears, boil them for 15-20 minutes in water with sugar and citric acid. Cool.
Scald almond kernels and peel. Fry them slightly, cut finely.
Whip cream, add sugar powder and fried almonds. Stir the mass.
Put pears, orange pulp into the leftover orange peel baskets. Top with whip cream, sprinkle with almonds.
