4 slices bread 3 1/2 oz (100 g) ham 2 1/2 oz (70 g) sweet pepper, tinned 3 1/2 oz (100 g) mushrooms, tinned 1/2 tsp curry powder 1 clove garlic 3 tbsp butter 2/3 oz (20 g) lettuce leaves parsley greens salt, ground black pepper to taste | Directions: Dice bread and ham. Cut tinned sweet pepper into stripes (leave a bit for decoration). Slice tinned mushrooms.
Fry boiled rice in butter with curry. Mix the diced ham, pepper and chopped garlic, blend the mass with the rice.
Fry diced bread in butter; add the rice mix and sliced mushrooms. Add salt and ground black pepper. Cool.
Wash and dry lettuce leaves and put the salad on them. Decorate with cut sweet pepper and parsley greens. |
